We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Go to My Account > Orders > Request Return or email us at contact@skinluent.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned unless damaged/defective on arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
