Skinluent Returns Process & Shipping FAQs

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

All Skinluent orders are shipped from India. Our shipping options are:

• Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-8 business days)

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders above $35.

• No Duties: Customs duties and import taxes are applicable wherever required under the destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

All products are shipped from our India warehouse located at:  H.No:8-1-284/OU/37, OU Colony, Shaikpet, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Email us at contact@skinluent.com with your order ID and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our India facility.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item at our India facility. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
