At Skinluent ®, your satisfaction is important to us. We ship all products from India to across the world customers.

Shipping Information

All Skinluent orders are shipped from the India. Our shipping rates and timelines are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-8 business days)
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders above $35
• Duties: No duties collected

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used skincare or personal care products.
• Gift cards, promotional items, products marked as final sale.
• Customized or limited-edition items.

Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, we will arrange replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

• Email contact@skinluent.com with your order number and reason for return.
• The customer should initiates a return request by contacting our support team with order details.
• Once the request is reviewed and approved, we generate a Return Authorization Slip for the order.
• The customer must print and affix the return authorization slip on the return parcel before shipping it back.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item): we cover return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we complete the inspection of the returned goods at our India facility.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once an order is shipped from our India warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
