Return & Refund Policy

At Skinluent ®, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the policy below for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care products.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, products marked as final sale.
  • Customized or limited-edition items.

Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, we will arrange replacement or a full refund regardless of the above restrictions.

Return Process

  • Email contact@skinluent.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Ship the item back securely following the instructions.
  • We will inspect the item and process refund or exchange if approved.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item): we cover return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns or other non-fault returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we complete the inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; customers may request a return after delivery.
