● Credit & Debit Cards: All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) are accepted.

● PayPal: Secure checkout via your PayPal account.

● Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

● All orders are processed and charged in USD (United States Dollar), Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges based on your local currency.

All products are shipped from our facility in the India. Our rates are:

● Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-8 business days)

● Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders above $35.

● Duties: Customs duties and import taxes are applicable wherever required under the destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Every Skinluent order is shipped from our warehouse located at: H.No:8-1-284/OU/37, OU Colony, Shaikpet, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Please check your bank statement first. If the amount was debited but the order does not show up in your account, reach out to us at contact@skinluent.com with your transaction details so we can assist you immediately.

At checkout, enter your code in the “Apply Promo Code” field. Please note that even if a discount code brings your subtotal below $35, shipping charges may apply unless the final total remains above the free shipping threshold.
