Yes, we accept international orders. Temporarily Cash on Delivery is not available.

Typically, only one payment method can be applied per order. If you wish to use multiple options (e.g., part COD, part card), you may need to split the purchase into separate orders.

First, try refreshing the page. If the order still does not show up, please reach out via our in-app chat or at contact@skinluent.com, with your payment details.

At checkout, simply enter the code in the “Apply Promo Code” field. The discount will apply instantly if the code is valid. Only one code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified.

The COD option may not appear if:

● Your order value is below $499 or above $50,000.

● Certain products are marked as “Prepaid Only.”

Ensure the order meets all criteria to enable COD.

At Skinluent, we may offer wallet-based refunds or credits. If you have a valid gift card or wallet balance, it’ll be auto-applied during checkout when eligible.
