Skinluent Order & Shipping FAQs

All products are shipped from the India Our shipping options are:

• Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-8 business days)

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders above $35.

• Duties: Customs duties and import taxes are applicable wherever required under the destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

All products are shipped from our India facility located at: H.No:8-1-284/OU/37, OU Colony, Shaikpet, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Once your order is dispatched from our India warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order anytime via our website or the courier’s portal.

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days of placement. Once processed, your order is dispatched from our facility, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed. However, you may cancel the order within 24 hours (provided it hasn't been dispatched) and place a new one with the correct address.
