Skinluent Exchange & Return Related FAQs
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items (like opened skincare products, intimate-use items, or free gifts) cannot be returned.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address (where available).
Yes, if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, pickup is free.
For voluntary returns (like change of mind), a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• Customized or limited-edition items
Once the returned item passes quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or as Skinluent Wallet credit (if chosen).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
Yes, all items must be returned in their original packaging with tags, seals, and any free samples/gifts received with the order.
For COD orders, we will initiate your refund via bank transfer or Skinluent Wallet credit. You’ll be asked to share your bank details securely when raising the return request.
